Rent is payable in Pounds Sterling by cheque or by Paypal.
At the time of confirmation of your booking there is a non-refundable deposit payable of 25% of the total rental cost.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday (we will send you an invoice).
There is also a damage deposit of £200 to be paid by cheque. This is payable with your final balance. On departure the house must be left in a reasonable state. Although normal cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price, we reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs incurred if the house or garden is left in an unacceptable condition, or if there are any breakages or damage. The damage deposit will be returned to you (minus any deductions) 2 weeks after your departure.

When we receive your booking form we will contact you to confirm that the dates you require are available. You can then either send us a cheque for the deposit or pay using Paypal via our website. Please do not make any payment until you have received confirmation from us.

The Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival from 4 pm. Departure before 10 am. Minimum stay 1 week No Pets & No Smoking inside the house please.

 In the event of you cancelling your booking or failing to pay the full fee, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 6 weeks of the booking then the full fee is payable. If the house can be re-let, then the balance of the fee will be refunded. We retain the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case you would receive a full refund of all monies paid.

An invoice will be sent to you when the balance becomes payable.
Directions to the property  & key collection details will be sent once payment is received.
